Pricing & How to Engage
Every engagement follows the same four stages. Start free, commit in small fixed-fee steps, and only keep us on if it's paying off.
The four stages
-
Step 1
Fit Call
Free · 30 minutes
We hear the problem, tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, and name the right starting point.
-
Step 2
Assess
Fixed fee · 2–3 weeks
We map how work actually happens and hand you a ranked, costed roadmap. You keep it whether or not you build with us.
-
Step 3
Build
Fixed scope · 4–12 weeks
We ship the top items from the roadmap into your live systems in short sprints, with working software you can see early.
-
Step 4
Run
Monthly · cancel anytime
We monitor, fix, report on results, and keep improving. Or we hand everything over and step back. You own it either way.

Buying as a government agency? The stages are the same, but the paperwork follows your procurement path: task orders, subcontracts, or direct awards. We're a registered Women-Owned Small Business (UEI WPQ6GA47S3E6). Talk to us about your vehicle.

Straight Answers
Do I have to go through every stage?
No. Most clients start with Assess, because it's the cheapest way to find out whether the rest is worth doing. If you already know exactly what you need, we can scope a Build directly. If we built your app, you can go straight to a Run plan.
Why don't you list a price for every stage?
Assess is a fixed fee we quote on the fit call, and it depends mostly on how many teams and systems are involved. Build is scoped from the Assess roadmap, so you see a firm number before committing. For governance work, the investment estimator gives you a range right now.
Can I change or cancel a Run plan?
Yes. Run plans are month to month. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at the start of any billing cycle. You keep everything we built.
What happens if I use all my monthly hours?
Additional support is billed hourly, and we'll always tell you before any overage. Unused hours don't roll over.
I'm a government agency. Does this apply to me?
The same four stages shape every program we run, but the commercial terms follow your contract vehicle rather than this page. Start with a fit call and we'll work out the right procurement path.
Not Sure Where to Start?
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We'll tell you which stage and which track fits, or tell you we're not the right fit.
